Do you remember that there are three MAJOR Spiralchain projects on deck for the Spiralchain 2020 Celebration? Well, we have some huge updates on both the first and second of those projects.

Project 1: Bloodmender

STATUS: The Kickstarter for Bloodmender went live January 20, 2020. The book is now available in e-book and paperback formats from Amazon with hardcover to follow in the weeks ahead.

Not only is this amazing news, but we also have a whole pile of goodies available right here on Spiralchain.net! New downloads, including gorgeous wallpapers featuring Andrew’s cover for the book, are up in Downloads, as well as a new short story, a new bookmark, and a peak at the latest in our button collection!

We also ran a HUGELY successful Kickstarter campaign, culminating in 300% of our funding goal and unlocking FIVE additional projects still to come in the months ahead:

• Mindshaper on Audio
• Metalbreaker on Audio
• Another short story (one that picks up a dangling thread from Bloodmender)
• A novella about the original Order of Core set seventeen years before Gatemaker
• A Spiralchain musical/concept album set in continuity in the series

And yes, that last one is going to take us forever. But hey… IT’S HAPPENING.

Project 2: The Board Game

STATUS: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact in shutting down and bottlenecking numerous supply and production chains across the globe, the Kickstarter for Spiralchain: The Board Game is on hold.

We still anticipate a Kickstarter campaign in 2020, but May 20, 2020 is simply not feasible in the current global situation. If at all possible, we will still launch this campaign in the summer or early fall for a 2020 product release… but we just have to be a little cautious here.

Andrew and I are taking the time to really polish up this game though… and Kickstarter backers of the Boltsender campaign, who unlocked a stretch goal that allowed us to start development, will get a preview a few weeks before the campaign goes live.

Project 3: Wraithtender

The Kickstarter for Wraithtender will go live December 31, 2020. The book is projected to release in SUMMER 2021… but I am working on plans for avid readers to be able to read the first Act of the book digitally BY THE END OF 2020.

So, yes… the pandemic is messing up Book 8 a little as well. But I am still committed to making Wraithtender happen in some way in 2020. THIS IS THE SPIRALCHAIN YEAR OF CELEBRATION, AFTER ALL!
