Hearth Keeper (Short Story)
A story within a story–the framing sequence places it in chronology just after Gatemaker, but the tale told within is much older, beginning more than fifty years before the ban on traveling worlds.

Peace Maker (Short Story)
A story set between Mindshaper and Metalbreaker that offers readers our first real look at the world of Depal and its monstrous legacy.

Sky Runner (Short Short Story)
A story set concurrently with Metalbreaker (nearly a year after Mindshaper), Sky Runner offers a glimpse of Rettik and a terrifying new status quo for Gallan, Varris, and company.

Chaos Bringer (Short Short Story)
A story set immediately after Metalbreaker that reveals a bit more of the ordeal that forged Hyrak into the man he is today.

War Dancer (Short Story)
A story within a story-the framing sequence places it in chronology at the very end of Metalbreaker, but the tale told within takes place several years before Gatemaker.

Star Seer (Short Short Story)
A story set immediately after Fatewaker that sheds a bit more light on the strange customs of death surrounding the Amrywgi.

Sun Setter (Short Story)
A story set about ten years before Gatemaker that gives our very first glimpse into the world of Pithysia. The tale of a boy and the lengths to which he will go to help his strange new friend.

Game Changer (Short Short Story)
A story set immediately after Act II of Shadowbender that fills us in on what a particular character is up to while the Children of the Line are off on another world.

Hitch Hiker (Short Story)
A story set squarely between Shadowbender and Boltsender, this tale reveals the almost immediate challenges that face the Children of the Line when they return to the lair of their enemy.

Event Planner (Short Short Story)
A story set a matter of hours after the end of Boltsender, this tale of Core reveals much of what has been happening on that pivotal world while also shedding new light on the terrible events of Boltsender’s conclusion.

Far Climber (Short Story)
A story set several weeks after Boltsender that introduces us to a retired citizen scientist chasing one last discovery as her world teeters on the brink of utter destruction.

Debt Collector (Short Story)
A story set during the third Act of Bloodmender that fills us in on what one of the mystic orders of Onus are doing during those volatile events… and how their decisions will change one of the Children of the Line forever.
