Fall 2025 Updates

Two SEQUENTIAL seasonal updates here at Spiralchain.net? WHAT SORCERY IS THIS?

Sigh. I can hear Keith David’s magnificent reading of that line from Gargoyles so perfectly in my head. It rumbles with rage and with a thousand years of frustration. Which I suppose is how a person hungry for Spiralchain updates probably feels given the infrequency of updates around here!

BUT WE CAN DO BETTER. Especially when there are some really great bits of news to share!

Biggest news first: Spiralchain: Wraithtender is fully released in digital, paperback, and hardcover. While I don’t have any inventory in our web shop quite yet, I have added purchase links to the Wraithtender page (as well as in this here paragraph…). I am so thrilled that this book is out in the world… now the wait is on to see who will be the first brave soul to drop a review on Amazon for the book. COULD IT BE YOU? 🙂

As a reminder, the 9th and final book in the series is now being written. Spiralchain: Chainender has an anticipated release in 2027.

But a close second in terms of awesome news to report comes from the Nightcandle Imaginations side of the house. Spiralchain: Foreverot has an all-new double-release in the Saga Expansions line (Archives of Arctos & Missives of Murrod) that is NOW AVAILABLE. For only a few dollars more than a standard Saga Expansion, players of Foreverot get two complete expansions in one compact box, fleshing out the next two worlds in the Spiral.

You can pick up this exciting new expansion on The Game Crafter here!

Work on the next double-expansion (Registers of Retook & Portents of Pithysia) is underway for a Fall 2026 release, to be followed by the epic final Saga Expansion… Narratives of Nur. We are also excited to announce the first new Feature Expansion since the game’s original release. Spiralchain: Foreverot – Dynasty War will allow players to play the game competitively, rather than cooperatively, and we are really excited for this new game mode. Dynasty War is aiming for a Spring 2026 release!

In the “No New News” department: work continues with Vagrant Workshop on new products in their Equinox line… as well as new, entry-level projects for several related games. NIGHTRISING is definitely in the mix!

Similarly, there are no updates to report on Omnigenos Chronicles at this time, though a mid-2026 release of a couple of small projects is not out of the realm of possibility. I would not expect to see NA5, TUT3, or the first part of Titanstorm until after Chainender is out though.

In Summary…

Wraithtender is out! The next Foreverot Saga Expansion is out! Its a very cool time to be a Spiralchain fan… and an even better time to leave a review for the books or the game!
