Saga Expansion 1: Chronicles of Core begins the saga line by introducing Skills to the game, adding new strategic complexity to battling Warlords and Obliviates and a new danger to overcome on Nur: the dreaded Rotkin.

This expansion also introduces the first World Deck, a series of cards available on Core that give players various advantages including epic quests to undertake for important rewards.

Overall Effect: A relatively minor change to the game compared to subsequent releases, Chronicles allows players to ease into the more intricate version of the game that unfolds across the Saga line.

Saga Expansion 3: Omens of Onus expands the saga line with game-interrupting Prophecy Cards and more Faction Cards and Influence Tokens to represent the complex politics of this central world.

This expansion also includes the Onus World Deck and, most excitingly, ten new Role Cards introducing rogue mystics and the elusive Amrywgi to the struggle against the Rot!

Overall Effect: This expansion predominantly adds more content for the existing Saga rules without introducing much by way of new complication.
